Branded Instant Messenger- The branded IM feature allow clients to provide its users with a contained IM feature that restricts chats to users of the client’s toolbar.

Branded Instant Messenger Service- BrandBar will create an instant messenger service that is branded to match the client’s site, and can be accessed by a button on the toolbar. This IM feature can either be open to all Web IM services or contained to only allow communication among end users that have downloaded the branded chat tool.

Monthly Maintenance Fee- The monthly fee covers secure environment, all upgrades, and bandwidth usage.
